This sounds so simple but most venues likely overlook key elements of

the character of their potential couples.

In fact, for many, business owners in and out of the wedding industry,

this market of “millennials” is looked down upon.

They’re criticized by the very people trying to book them as clients.

It’s no surprise that this generation is different from past ones.

For many, they seem harder to work with, maybe they seem entitled,

stubborn, demanding, disrespectful, etc…

The only thing that matters is,

they are still clients.

It doesn’t matter what they are like, how they act, or what WE think

of them.

As someone who is in business, if we don’t agree with or like dealing with the people who are the lifeblood of the industry then maybe we should ask ourselves if we are in the right industry or even business in general for that matter.

It’s time to stop judging an entire generation and start looking at

them for who they really are…

The alternative is simple,

get to know this generation.

Study everything about them.

Know how they think, what they like,

how they communicate, how they spend their money, where they

give their attention, which social media platforms they like, but also, which ones they use.

We need to know how they want us to present services to them, how to communicate with them (yes, it’s worth mentioning twice because it’s that important), how they want to be sold to (also twice), and most importantly…

We need to love everything about them.
